Skim Mesra Usia Emas
Every Selangor born citizens who are 60 years old and above are eligible to apply a Selangor State Scheme called "Skim Mesra Usia Emas"
Application criteria:
a) MUST be 60 years(Which is calculated based on the date that the applicant was born and not the years) of age and above at the time of this application.
b) MUST be a Selangor born Citizen*
c)Born in Federal Terittory before 1st February 1974
*Take Note-If the applicant was not born in Selangor, he/she MUST had stayed in Selangor for a Minimum of 15 years.
*Application is based on the address stated in the applicant’s IC
Example:
a) Applicant’s A IC address xxxx Taman OUG, 47150 Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur
- This applicant should go to Seputeh DAP service center to register for "Skim Mesra Usia Emas" and not in Kinrara DAP service center.
b)Applicant’s IC address xxxx Kinrara, 47100 Puchong Selangor Darul Ehsan
- This applicant should come to Kinrara DAP Service center to register for "Skim Mesra Usia Emas" and not in Seputeh DAP Service center.

1)How Much does this "Skim Mesra Usia Emas " Provide?
The total amout of this Mesra Usia Emas Scheme is RM 2,500.
1)How does the payment of "Skim Mesra Usia" works?
The respective Service Center will called the beneficiary to pay the first RM1,000.After receiving a letter of invitation to attend the Mesra Usia Emas Phase 2 program from the respective district office, the beneficiary will received the balance of RM1,500.
2)How to register for "Skim Mesra Usia Emas"?
The applicant would first of all satisfy the application criteria stated above then bring photocopy of applicant’s IC(Front cover and Back cover) and also photocopy of 2 Beneficiaries’s IC *. The applicant would have to fill in the "Skim Mesra Usia Emas" Form and sign the form before submitting it back to the officer in your respective service center for verification purposes.
*Who can become the beneficiary?
Starting from the the applicant’s children, trusted relatives or trusted friends.
3) When can I get the first RM1,000 for "Skim Mesra Usia Emas"?
(For those who has not register)
For those applicant who had passed away but had not register, the beneficiary would need to first register by filling the "Skim Mesra Usia Emas" form and MUST bring along photocopy of Death Certificate and "Permit Kubur". The beneficiary would then have to wait for 10 days for the form to be process and verify. Once the form is verified, an officer from the respective service center will called the beneficiary to come and collect the first RM 1000*

The beneficiary MUST bring the photocopy of Death Certificate and "Permit Kubur" and the yellow copy of Skim Mesra Usia Emas for the service center to verify, if the document submitted is not verify then the beneficiary will have wait for the document to be verify before receiving the first RM1,000 payment.
4) If I stay in Seksyen 3 Taman Kinrara, where can I register?
