DAP PUCHONG

TAWAS or Tabung Warisan Anak Selangor is a Selangor State government program for every baby born in Selangor in the year 2009.

Criteria to apply:

1) Baby born in year 2009 in the state of Selangor 
2) Both the parents of the baby born in Selangor or parents born in Kuala Lumpur before 1st February 1974

A) I stayed in Taman Kinrara Seksyen 1, how can I apply TAWAS(Tabung Warisan Anak Selangor)?
Both the parents need to come to Kinrara DAP service center to apply for TAWAS. This is because they would have to sign the TAWAS form. Please bring the baby’s mykid, birth certificate and both the parents IC as well.

B) What is the benefit of this program?
The applicant upon reaching the age of 18 years old will receive a total sum of RM 1,500.

It is important to be a responsible Malaysian by exercising your right as a citizen. One way to do so is to be a register voter and vote in every election that will be held every 5 years in Malaysia.

In case you are not register as a voter, please bring your IC along to "Pasar Malam Taman Bukit Kuchai" to register as a voter. You would need to fill up the voter’s registration form which is free of charge.
